I received a Vince Unfold gift subscription. I was excited at first, but when I went into their website it requested that I give them my credit card. I gave my credit card reluctantly. I was very uncomfortable giving out my credit card for a subscription I did not request. After all, this is supposed to be a gift. Then, after trying it out for a few weeks, I wanted to cancel it to avoid the $176 charge on my credit card. For some weird reason, you can't cancel on line. It seems like they purposely make it difficult for you to cancel the membership and I find this a sneaky practice to keep you accidentally subscribed. So I called their 800# and the woman I spoke with tells me that I have to fish for a "welcome" email that they sent me, or otherwise I won't be able to cancel. Now my anxiety is worse. I can't afford this service, it was a "gift" one that came with all these complications, and now I if I can't find this one email, I am screwed with charges to my credit card that I didn't want in the first place. Eventually, the customer service rep spoke to a manager that is supposed to send me an email with the confirmation of my cancellation. I am still waiting. I find Vince Unfold a sneaky company, not worth my stress at all.
